The fourth double bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom, is located in the annex, accessible by crossing the courtyard. Please note, it has a portable air conditioner but no Wi-Fi.

Pleasant appartment. Be ready for steep and narrow stairs up to each bed. The fourth bedroom is a totally separate appartment, across an external quadrangle. Comfortable lounge. Very small but functional kitchen.

Great for families with teenagers

The property is definitely quirky but lovely at the same time. Plenty of room for us and our older children. We loved having breakfast and apperitivo in the private garden. And very close to the Duomo and many metro stops. Nico was super helpful in arranging airline transport. The check in process was very easy and Nico was readily available to answer questions. Loved our stay in Milan.

Center of Milan

The property location was great! Easy walk to Duomo and shopping. The property is large and spacious. Washer and dryer were easy to use. The biggest concern is that the beds are all in lofts (except for the bed in the annex) and can only be accessed by very narrow stairs.

Great decor and outstanding location

We enjoyed the large well appointed living area with high ceilings. Getting up to the loft beds were not too bad. The home is well lit, showers were spacious with good water pressure. It was nice to have an open air courtyard although we didn't really sit out but it brought natural light and an open feel. It was easy to get to Duomo, shopping areas and restaurants. The host is very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Perfect Location in Milan

The apartment is smartly furnished, in a great location to get to all the places we wanted to see and the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. We got stuck for an extra day due to cancelled flights and luckily we quickly arranged for an extra night even though that meant we had to depart at 3am for the airport. We loved this spot, perfect for a family traveling together. We missed the description that one bedroom is separate from the main apartment, but it didn't matter. We would definitely come back here!

Fabulous apartment

Stayed here with friends early March and the apartment was great. It has a looked after home from home feel and is very warm and welcoming. The fixtures and fittings are of excellent quality. We were a bit wary of the mezzanine bedrooms but to be fair only 1 is actually open to the apartment. We stayed in the room with a bath which is the largest of all rooms but the only one with a bath as well as shower. The forth bedroom does require leaving the apartment but still within the confines of the main courtyard and secure gates. The location of the apartment is also very central and within walking distance of a lot of the sites. I believe the booking and organising was also easy and the personal welcome/check in very thorough for rules and explanations. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again if I revisit Milan.

Modern and centrally located.

This is a very well appointed and tastefully furnished apartment. Very elegant and very centrally located. We enjoyed the private garden. Unfortunately, when we were there it was raining so didn’t get to enjoy the garden as much as we like. But the beautiful living room made up for it! It was marketed as a 4-bedroom apartment but essentially its a 3-bedroom apartment with a separate 1-bedroom dependance in the same building but not connected to the apartment. All the 3 bedrooms are on the mezzanine level. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor. The 3rd mezzanine bedroom is not enclosed. We are all adults and were very comfortable in apartment as we enjoyed the spacious living areas, well appointed kitchen, garden and laundry area. Do note that this apartment may not be suitable for family with young children and adults with mobility problem, due to access to mezzanine bedrooms is via narrow staircase. Location is very central and well connected to Metro lines and public transport. Will I stay in this apartment again? Yes!

Great place in Milan

Great quiet neighborhood for exploring the busy tourist areas and Duomo directly to the east, shopping directly to the north, and the last supper directly to the west. Great quiet apartment for a group that wants to be able to share a space and interact with each other.

Amazing property in Milano

Great property! Beautiful home with an amazing outdoor garden, you would never know you were in the city. The whole house was immaculately clean including bathrooms and all kitchen supplies. I would recommend this property to a group or family with older children as all beds were on platforms which may be a little bit dangerous for very small children.

Luxurious, well-located but seriously flawed

This is a luxurious and well-appointed property but 3 of the beds are on raised bed-decks reached by very steep stairs and, in one case, a narrow and steep spiral staircase which is located at the foot of the bed. The railings at the end of the bed have large gaps in. This makes the property unsuitable for children and those with mobility issues. Our children slept on the sofas and we booked other accommodation after 1 night. The property manager claimed that the property is "clearly listed as not suitable for kids or disabled due to its particular interior" (which is not true) and then offered a "little discount" to "show good faith" which has not materialised. The 4th bedroom is entirely separate from the property. Not recommended.
