This property is new to the rental market, with just a short walk you can be on the sandy beach to enjoy a bite to eat during the day enjoying the glorious sunshine or a sun-downer at the Tropical beach bar and restaurant.
El Faro is a well-established holiday area and is perfectly situated to make the most of the many fantastic holiday towns and activities offered on the Costa del Sol. The nearest beach is just 400 metres away, making it easily accessible by foot.

The apartment is located on the third floor, with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The open plan living space includes a dining seating area, a large leather L shaped sofa and a 50¨smart TV. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility room with washing and drying machines. The large terrace can be accessed from the lounge area. Here you can enjoy the view over the gardens, pool and sea. The terrace benefits from a dining seating area, a sofa, sunbeds and a day bed. There are also glass curtains around the whole terrace, making it possible to close up on the colder days.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en shite bathroom, with shower attachment and also a separate shower cubicle. The master bedroom has direct access onto the terrace. The second bedroom benefits form two single beds, fitted wardrobes and has access to the guest bathroom, fitted with a bath with shower attachment.

With just a short walk you can be on the sandy beach to enjoy a bite to eat during the day enjoying the glorious sunshine or a sun-downer at the Tropical beach bar and restaurant, relaxing in the sunset while the lighthouse sits above adding a touch of history to this rich culture that is Mijas Costa. There is a community pool that is open from June until September, to enjoy a swim.

El Faro is a well-established holiday area and is perfectly situated to make the most of the many fantastic holiday towns and activities offered on the Costa del Sol. The nearest beach is just 400 metres away, making it easily accessible by foot.

If golf is your passion, the lovely El Chaparral Golf Course is on your doorstep with its fantastic Club House facilities. Head west and you and in a few minutes you arrive at the lovely coastal town of La Cala de Mijas. This quaint village is bustling with fantastic beaches, restaurants, shops and activities for all the family and inland La Cala offers more many great golf courses set in the wonderful, natural hills.

Head east and in 3km you come to the bigger town of Fuengirola brimming with nightlife, shops, restaurants bars and an indoor market. From here you can take the train right into the city of Malaga, where you can spend a whole day taking in the culture, cuisine and cool sightseeing of this historic city
