"The staff and check in was easy and quick. We only found the carper was wet. We inquired and had found out they had just done carpet cleaning and it was not dry. For future reference, they should really shut down one floor at a time and let carpets completely dry out before re-occupying with guests. We had wet socks from walking over the floor and nearly slipped on tile going into bathroom as a result. Otherwise it was clean!"
