"Lovely place to stay with great views. Hotel is currently being updated. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there. Staff are very friendly and helpful and its dog friendly. We were upgraded to a see view. Room good size. "

"What a gorgeous place to stay and the majority of the staff were what customer service quality is all about. Reception staff faultless, helpful and friendly Waiting/bar staff fantastic. Did have a couple of minor issues whilst there which were sorted out by the lovely staff we encountered, however, one particular restaurant manager was rude and unhelpful. Luckily the rest of the staff made up for her ineptitude and the issue she refused to deal with was sorted by others. Definitely will be back. "
