You will be in walking distance to everywhere in Coconut grove. Ditch the craziness of south beach and downtown Miami and enjoy a calmer night stay here at the Arya. This is a condo hotel which means there is no daily cleaning service but you will be able to enjoy all the amenities that hotel guest uses. Wake up in the morning and see sail boats from your Balcony! Amazing restaurants and bars are just a few minute walk away!

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in a condo-hotel, go out for morning runs by the marina, it would not be rare to see peacocks walking the streets.

The tropical oasis of Coconut Grove thrives to this day as Miami’s escape from the stress of city life. Coconut Grove is located in the middle of Miami, yet completely separate and quaint. It offers a warm, laid-back atmosphere of charming boutiques, sidewalk cafes, and sailboats anchored at the bay. The neighborhood’s distinct bohemian flair allows one to unwind and relax every day of the week and any time of the year.

Uber is preferred, but since Coconut grove is reshaping into a more walkable place, you can also rent citi bikes or scooters.

Make sure you download the freebee app so you can get free rides on a golf cart. The metro rail is 3 min drive away.

Perfect Location and property
This property is a perfect spot for a vacation in south Florida. The room itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is delightful with lots of interesting restaurants, bakeries and shops. It was a central location for visiting Biscayne and Everglades national parks and enjoying the Miami area. We loved the neighborhood in the evening! We would definitely stay here again.
