This villa is a luxurious 5000 sq ft, fully renovated home with 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, located next to the Miami river, surrounded by all that Miami has to offer, from the finest beaches to the hottest nightclubs. This property is a corner lot mansion, shrouded in tropical foliage, nearby a peaceful park across the street that overlooks the river. Just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the beach. Which makes it easy to get to when landing and convenient to access the beach and other top destinations. Kiki On The River, one of Miami’s most popular spots, is only a few minutes down the road.

Upon arrival, you will find two gated parking areas. You will be able to securely park up to five cars. When you enter, you will be greeted with a large living room and open kitchen overlooking the pool and outdoor seating. Make yourself at home by enjoying our many amenities including a large pool and jacuzzi, poker room, pool table, ping pong, movie theater, barbeque and several selfie locations. Since Villa Bond was converted from two large houses into one, we also have two kitchens and one of them is Chef’s kitchen.
