Very spacious and comfortable townhome is family friendly. Offering space in the front for two cars and a fenced backyard, this townhome is 2/10 of a mile off the Florida Turnpike. Freshly painted with new beds and bedding, this home offers lots of space for luggage. The walk in closet will keep your items out of the way or use the provided luggage racks. Neighbors are friendly and there is lots to do near the home.

Great vacation near Miami
The house was very clean, and the host was friendly and attentive. It had everything we needed in terms of trash bags, laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner, dishes, cooking pans, and a few extras like water, kid's flip flops and sunglasses. The host responded immediately to any questions I had. There was a little smell of dog from the previous guest's pet, but that was the only issue. Overall, it was roomy even for 5-6 people, had 2 clean full bathrooms, and the host was great.

Great little hidden gem
My parents and I needed a place to stay close to our house while our house was getting tented. From the beginning Grace was more than accommodating. She allowed us to bring my handicapped dog and bird without hesitation. The house was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We all slept better than we do in our own home. The beds were comfortable and the linens were so soft and comfy. The yard was great, level and kept very clean which was a huge plus for my pup since she can't walk on her own. So many good things, I just can't list them all. Suffice to say we didn't want to leave. I will definitely stay here again should we need to.

Fantastic Location with Lots of Space
I was presently surprised by the size and quality of the property. It has plenty of space for six people. Grace, the Property Manager, was very helpful with maintaining communication before, during, and after our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were simple. She also added small toiletries in the bathroom, which came in handy. You can see the attention to detail in the Townhouse. It has everything you need, including outdoor furniture. The one criticism I have is with the bath towels. There was a visible stain on one. It looks like the fabric is beginning to pill. It seems the towels would need to be replaced soon. Alternatively, the fabric pills can be removed with a lint roller. Regardless of this note, the property is fantastic and has a great location. I recommend staying here. It is perfect for coed groups.

Very clean townhouse.
House is very clean, simple decoration but nice. There was no dining table in dining room, we missed our dinner table during of our 3 days stay.
