The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex but is not wheelchair accessible (2 steps are needed to enter the unit).
The apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and 2 rooms, one with a queen size bed and another with two individual beds. A sofa bed is available in the living room & a smart TV(please let us know so we can prepare the sofa bed for you).
Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. We don't accept cats.
It is important to understand that as a host, we will offer essential items for your stay, having extras kept inside cabinets. Afterward, you must personally supply yourself within the ongoing reservation.
Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

PROGRAMMED FUMIGATION
To ensure cleaning quality and pest control on all of our units, between the 20 and 30th of each month we conduct a special pest cleaning on all of our units. This procedure is essential in keeping our units free of insects for all of our current and future guests, that's why we ask to collaborate and give our team access on the designated day. This procedure is mandatory for all units and we expect your collaboration.
