Great little studio in Coconut Grove

The unit was perfect! A wonderful view, spacious for a studio and prompt attention to any questions I had. Bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was very clean. Quiet too! Pool was a plus, just wish it stayed open past 6pm. The restaurant in the hotel was closed but trust me when I say the Peacock Room Restaurant next door is a gem! Don't miss it!

Great stay

Unit was very clean and the view and location was amazing. Nice to not have to worry about parking. Did not thankfully have any real issues with elevators. Only issue was laminate floor has a large bubble in it so it creaks and can wake others if you get up during the night or early. Beds are not super awesome but ok for length of our stay. Great to have a little kitchenette. Just know there are room darkened and control is on the wall near the kitchen table! Easy to text any questions.

The property we have stayed at many times before, this was our first in this unit. It was great and as to be expected, however, there was no cable/ wifi for TV in the unit; the shelves in the kitchen were dirty and had coffee rings under the plates; and the garbage had not been changed as there were open blasted packs of medications inside. We contacted management, and they said they would send someone to clean, no one ever showed up, as well as for the television. He said he never heard of this issue before. Those things were disappointing for a one week stay.

I was in Miami for business and was hopibg to mix in a little relaxation time. PROS: The unit was very clean and had all the basic essentials I would hope for during an extended stay. Crisp white linens, comfortable beds, good pillows. Location is convenient to a lot of shops and dining without being too noisy. The balcony is a nice feature with decent views. CONS: The property advertises convenience to the beach and water and it most definitely is not. There is a very short walkway that skirts along a small portion of the water, but no access to walk the beach or put toes in the water. If youre paying premium for easy water access, you won't get it here. The host offered no welcome book, instructions, tips or assistance to find local attractions of interest. So you are on your own. Also, while it may be a small thing to many, there is no usable TV, which I specifically wanted and expected based on the listed ammenities. The TV has no channels connected and no internet. I contacted the host the first day and each day of my stay. They did not respond quickly and did not follow through on any of their assurances to fix the issue. With no help from the host, I called hotel maintenance, who was unable to fix the problem. Overall, this property is very poor value for the money. You can book a nice hotel more inland with more ammenities, attentive service and better communication and still have just as much access to water, attractions and all the conveniences of Miami.
