Non-Smoking Policy:
This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking of any kind—including tobacco, vaping, and marijuana—is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a fine of USD 200.
Pet Policy:
While we love animals, pets are not allowed in the apartment. A fine of USD 200 will apply if this policy is violated.
Penalty Fees:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask that you respect our policies. The following penalty fees may apply:
Non-Smoking Violation: USD 200
Pet-Free Violation: USD 200
Maximum Occupancy Violation: USD 200 per additional guest per night
Broken Items:
If anything is damaged or broken during your stay, please notify Victoria Rentals Customer Service immediately. We will assist you in replacing the item. If you do not report the damage, we will document it via Airbnb and charge your account for the item’s value, shipping costs, and service fees.
Room Views & Location
All of our units offer open views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The apartments are located on the eighth floor and above, and views may vary from those shown in the listing photos. We have two types of orientations:
North-facing
South-facing
Please note that the view from your specific unit may differ, and the photos provided are for illustrative purposes only.
Condominium General Rules
Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to access the apartment.
Wristbands: All guests over 14 years old are required to wear a Beachwalk wristband for the duration of their stay.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited in the building and rooms.
PARKING
Valet parking services at the building. Here are the rates:
- 1-7 Nights: $28 + Tax per day
- 8-14 Nights: $25 + Tax per day
- 15-21 Nights: $20 + Tax per day
- 21+ Nights: $15 + Tax per day
Disclosure & Additional Information
Amenities Availability: Please be aware that all amenities listed are subject to availability and may be temporarily unavailable or closed without notice by the condominium management. These circumstances are beyond our control and are not refundable.
Mosquitoes (Rainy Season): During the rainy season, there may be mosquitoes outside. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent them from entering the property.
Additional Amenities: Extra towels, toilet paper, and other amenities are available upon request during regular hours and may incur additional charges.
Safety Notice: As this is a short-term rental, many different guests stay here regularly. While we do our best to keep the property clean and safe, we recommend reviewing the space upon arrival to ensure there are no hazards, especially for children. Please do not leave children unattended in the apartment.
Resort Fee
Please note that the Beachwalk Resort Condo charges a daily resort fee, payable at the front desk upon arrival. The fee is based on the length of your stay:
1-6 days: USD 30 per day
7-15 days: USD 25 per day
15-29 days: USD 20 per day
30+ days: USD 300 per month (additional days are charged at USD 10/day).
