A bit disappointing
Our family of three rented this home for a trip to the Everglades. I had the same problem that other renters mentioned. A day before we were scheduled to arrive, the host contacted me saying that the AC unit wasn’t working and that they needed to move us to another unit. This seems like a scam to me. I can’t speak to the quality of the original unit because we never saw it. But the unit we were placed in left a lot to be desired. Most importantly, the unit didn’t seem very clean. There were stains on the walls and the shower curtain was grimy. There was an infestation of ants in the downstairs bathroom. It was lacking in kitchen utensils and pans. And probably most annoyingly, there was a loud alarm outside that went off every 20 minutes for the duration of our stay. We contacted the host (who did seem friendly) about getting a coffee maker into the home, since the house didn’t have one, and after two attempts (two days later) we were able to get one. I was really disappointed with this rental property. Can’t recommend the Everglades enough, but this rental leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the price.

Miami Vacay Celebration
We did not actually stay in this property due to bathroom issues. We were directed to another location that was really nice but the nedrooms did not have televisions in them. Only the master room had a tv. Overall very clean and manager responded promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

We did not actually stay in this property. There was a problem with this place so we were offered a different place in the same complex which was just fine! We liked being between the Keys and Miami! The place was perfect for us! Everything worked great and our host was always available for anything we needed. One small issue was we had a gal that was very sensitive to smoke smell. Although it was a non smoking place, there was a small smell with the linens and things maybe because smokers did the laundry. But it did not bother the rest of us. I would recommend this place and would stay again!

We didn't stay at the location we rented due to an unforseen circumstance but James put us at another property and we were just as happy with it. I was able to communicate with him by phone and through text whenever questions arose. We are very happy with our stay.

Nice Place!
The property was clean and perfect for our stay while visiting Everglades National Park. It was a convenient location. Only downside was each room had a plug in air freshener that was a little overwhelming and we had to unplug them. Also, a nice add would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms especially for the 2nd floor. Otherwise, communication, cleanliness, ease of entry, etc. was perfect. Thanks for the opportunity to stay!

Enjoyed our stay at the property. After slight snarl getting checked in came to nicely appointed home that was comfortable for our touring of the Everglades. Communication was great, and would recommend!
