The living room includes a cozy sitting area and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, and the sofa converts into a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances, allows for convenient meal preparation, and the dining area next to it is a perfect spot to enjoy meals with your loved ones.

- Beach: a complimentary beach shuttle running every 30 minutes. If you prefer to walk, it will take 8 minutes to get to the beach.

1-7 days $28 + tax daily
8- 10 days $25 + tax daily

Please note that there is a daily resort fee per unit and a $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival at the front desk.
Resort fee prices based on the length of your stay:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day
The resort and parking fees are not included in the price paid on the booking channel and paid separately.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):
• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes
• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes
Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:
• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or
charges incurred during your stay.
• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
Valet Parking (Optional):
• 1 to 7 days: $28 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• 8 to 10 days: $25 per day per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• 11 to 19 days: $250 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
• 20 to 30 days: $295 per stay per vehicle, plus applicable taxes
Package Handling:
• $5 per package plus applicable taxes
• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM
