The host charged me in full and then ghosted me. Never sent me any instruction on how to access the property. Provided a disconnected phone number, that I messaged on whatsapp also for it to be a 14YO. Vrbo could not get in touch with the host either. I had to move from place to place with all my luggage and subsequently book another stay at the last minute. 0/10
