Great location, but lots of little issues.
The property has a ton of potential to be great, it's decorated nicely and it's in a fantastic location. That said, there are some very simple things that went wrong for us. First, the apartment was pretty dirty when we arrived. There was literal dirt on every surface and waking on the floor caused your feet to turn black. After we reached out, they did send someone to clean the room more thoroughly but it was still pretty dirty even after that extra cleaning. Second, the toilets never functioned properly for us. Almost every time we used them, we had to mess with them a lot to get them to flush. Luckily, we had someone with plumbing experience with us who knew what to do. Third, the water temperature in the showers is completely out of your control. It's either super hot or super cold, we were lucky to have 2-3 minutes of warm water. It causes a lot of water waste honestly. Fourth, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms and only 1 towel per person for the whole trip. They did bring more upon request. The security people downstairs were very nice and again, with some basic maintenence and better cleaning could really be a great property.

Nice place, great area but lack of communication
Very nicely done apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. The only complaint I have is that shortly after checking in we noticed that the lock on the sliding glass door to the balcony (2nd floor) was broken and the door did not lock. I’ve had people break in to my home in Mexico City via the balcony before and there are ways for them to access this balcony fairly easily so I quickly reported this via the App and the guard downstairs Someone did come while we were out to dinner but, although the guard told us it was fixed, it was not fixed. Upon contacting management via the App again they told me that they were getting the part to fix it. Unfortunately, that was the last we heard from them and they never fixed the lock before we left a few days later. I might usually chalk this up to language differences but we are a fully bilingual family so there was no problem on that front.

Perfect pie-a-tierra in Mexico City!
Lovely stay at this well-appointed, spotless, apartment in La Condesa. I was looking for a place with a kitchen in a quiet, central neighborhood, and this ended up being perfect. This apartment was very spacious-- two bedrooms, three full baths, plus at least one couch that could be a bed. I could see four people being very happy with this place.

nice ground floor apartment, but cold/awkward
This is a newly renovated and spacious apartment, which has good light despite being on the ground floor. It's on a nice and quiet street. We were surprised, however, that the apartment had no heat/AC, and it was uncomfortably cold in January. One of the bathrooms was also not well cleaned and had some broken glass on the floor (maybe from a broken shower door?). We emailed asking for heaters and blankets, but they took 24 hours to respond. Also, be aware the apartment entrance is through the garage past the security desk. The security staff was very, very nice, but I felt bad knowing they are on 24 shifts for just 5 units through the cold night, right outside our apartment door. So a new and nice apartment overall, but wouldn't stay there again.

We loved the place. It has all the kitchen utensils, nice big fridge and even washer/dryer. They provide you with shampoo/conditioner, washer soap, and dishes soap. Very cute apartment will all commodities. I highly recommend it.

Todo en excelentes condiciones. Lugar seguro en zona segura, cuenta con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños completos, lavadora y secadora, utensilios para cocinar. Faltan articulos de limpieza pero es lo de menos. La verdad nos encantó y fácilmente regresaremos.
