The bathrooms were spacious and had all of the basic necessities. The outside garden and closeness to the lake, makes this hotel a top notch option. The cost is very affordable and the staff is amazing. Ara was our server both at the hotel bar and at breakfast time, and she exceeded all of our expectations, she is professional, friendly and extremely helpful with providing sightseeing recommendations. The entire staff of this hotel is incredible and very pleasant. The hotel owners are very fortunate to have such a great group of professionals woerking there. "We enjoyed our stay at Les Balcons du Savoy. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Our balcony was roomy with a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was a short walk from the main shopping street in a quiet area. A ski bus (#14) stopped a few steps from the hotel. The elevator stopped working for one day but luckily was quickly repaired. The staff were friendly and helpful."
