"We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated home. Plenty of space inside and out in this true 4 bedroom plus a well-stocked kitchen with all the modern amenities. House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. Easy place to stay and enjoy the beauty that upstate NY offers."

"We had a great stay. The home is large and inviting. Plenty of common area space to hang. Everything was clean. All up to date appliances, etc. The host communicated before and was very flexible.I highly recommend. "

"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

"Lovely house with beautiful decor. Stayed here for a wedding weekend with several friends and we had the best time catching up at the kitchen table, listening to records, and enjoying the comfy living room. Would definitely recommend to other and would love to return!"

"A no-frills hotel which is absolutely wonderful. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. Everything was clean which is very important. Upgrades will be done per the front desk. Breakfast is no longer being served but there are plenty of places in neighboring towns for food. There is plenty of parking, vending machines for snacks and amazing sunset views."
