What a shock
We arrived in the village and the barman of the main bar did not know the street of such a little village. not a good sign...after 45mn we found the place next to a 3 star hotel. and that's when we found out we could not access the room by car!! the road is too narrow and steep!!! what to do with so much luggage and 2 kids!!??

Fordele: Køligt og stille om natten, så man kan sove. Hyggelig gammel bygning Flot område og tæt på vandrestier Sød og service minded vært Ulemper: Det bør være mere tydeligt, at det er en lejlighed og ikke et hotel, samt at der er langt til by og sø. Svært at finde da der Ikke er et vejskilt. 20-25 minutters gang til søen og byen Ingen udsigt fra lejligheden Dårlig mobil dækning

Это был дом с несколькими квартирами . У нас была квартира с двумя спальнями и кухней.Комнаты просторные,из окон вид на рядом стоящие дома ,место расположение дома очень красивый и тихий район. К сожалению в квартире пахло сыростью и было прохладно, к нашему приезду дом был не прогрет, после нашего обращения на третий день включили отопление. Рекомендуем хозяевам к приезду гостей обеспечить квартиру санитарными средствами (мыло,гель,шампунь и туалетная бумага).

Maison de caractère, logement charmant et calme.
Excellente surprise à notre arrivée : patio accueillant et fleuri, logement spacieux, sols de qualité et silencieux (pas de parquet qui craque !), équipements et salle de bain complets, terrasse sans vis à vis et quartier calme. Les logeuses ont fait des efforts pour communiquer en français et nous ont fourni un plan avec explications des lieux touristiques et du supermarché où nous approvisionner. Nous étions avec des enfants et elles nous ont offert un accès gratuit à la piscine de Menaggio. Situation proche du bord de lac (15 mn à pied, une jolie ballade dans les ruelles médiévales et piétonnes), parking gratuit à 200 m d'un côté (pas d'accès direct en auto mais c'est ce qui permet que les lieux soient si calmes) et aire de jeux pour enfants de l'autre côté (avec vue sur le lac). 1 restaurant et 1 trattoria à 5 mn à pied. Logement collé à la Villa Vigoni donc environs bien entretenues.

C'est simple, il n'y avait pas d'hôtel, ce country house lake como n'est que poudre aux yeux. Arrivés le soir fatigués après un long voyage avec femme et enfants de bas âges, je reçois un email de hôtel.com envoyé à 16h56 lu à 21h30 à Como m'indiquant que le prestataire n'était plus en mesure de nous accueillir sans possibilité d'avoir un interlocuteur encore moins une solution de relogement! Il a fallut lancer des coups de fils pendant au moins 2 heures dans l'incertitude la plus complète pour trouver une solution miracle. Le service après-vente de hôtel.com est à revoir, sa crédibilité en dépend.

Prima Fregatura dei viaggi con Expedia.
Ho ricevuto una fregatura in quanto la signora non ha voluto darmi la camera, dopo che eravamo rimasti d'accordo con lei che avrei fatto il cheek in alle 21.30 quando arrivavo, è venuta da noi dopo tante storie in quanto non si trovava la via e con un fare superficiale mi ha trattato male, forse perché sono del Sud? mi ha detto che il cheek in si faceva fino alle 18 e lei mi aveva aspettato fino a quell'ora (ma eravamo rimasti d'accordo così) e poi mentre scaricavo la macchina è sparita lasciandomi da solo io mia moglie e le bambine. A quel punto non mi rispondeva più al cellulare e nemmeno ai Carabinieri ai quali ho sporto denuncia per l'accaduto. per fortuna ho trovato poi, dopo tante telefonate, disponibilità a Plesio, vicino Menaggio a 5 Km presso l'hotel SAMAVER Via alla Grona, Ligomena, Plesio CO tel 0344 37395 risolvendo il problema (SIAMO STATI BENISSIMO AL SAMAVER). Poiché ho preso informazioni ed ho scoperto che la sig.ra è avvezza a fare certe cose e non è la prima volta, ho raccontato tutto ai Carabinieri allertati già da stasera e ci prego di cancellarla dal vostro sito. Sono anni che mi muovo con Expedia e mai nessun problema, ora per colpa di una persona poco seria ho rischiato di rimanere a dormire in auto. Vi prego affinché la mia stessa cosa possa essere scongiurata ad altri vacanzieri. In attesa di vostre determinazioni in merito ed i provvedimenti che vorrete prendere (testimoni i carabinieri di Menaggio). Spero aver salvato altri da eventuali problemi.

Schöne ruhige Lage in uriger Atmosphäre
Ja leider kann ich nur mittelmäßig bewerten. Das Apartment liegt in kleinen urigen Gassen die ein wenig mittelalterlich wirken . Das ist sehr schön! Das Apartment ist geräumig und wirkt sehr urig. Wir hatten eine schöne geräumige Küche und das Wasser war auch schön heiß. Das Apartment war sauber und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen auch einen Reiseführer und man kann über die obere Gasse fast an das Apartment ran fahren um abzuladen. Das ZDF alles sehr positiv. Leider muss ich im Komfort abstriche machen. Die Räume waren klamm. Das Bett also die Matratze richtig feucht. Wir haben uns Handtücher untergelegten um nicht im nassen zu liegen . Nach drei Tagen durchheizen ( allerdings nur mit dem Badezimmer Heizöfchen da die Zentralheizung nich einzuschalten war) , lüften und Bearbeitung mit meinem Föhn war es dann ok. Leider sonst hätte es mehr Punkte bekommen.

Schöne Wohnung
Dies ist kein Hotel sondern eine Wohnung. Es gibt keinen Empfang und man muss klingeln und hoffen, dass die Eigentümerin da ist. Handtücher muss man selbst mitnehmen und das WLAN ist limitiert. Auch WC Papier muss man vielleicht noch einkaufen gehen... Es gibt keine Aussicht auf den See. Das Haus ist mit dem Auto nicht zugänglich, es gibt aber einen öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Die 2 Zimmerwohnung ist sehr gross und ideal wenn man dort mit Freunden übernachten möchte. Die Küche ist auch gross und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Charme eingerichtet.

Autentisk og afslappet
Dejligt sted, hvor vi (2 voksne og 2 børn) boede i 3 dage. Vi følte virkelig, at vi oplevede det ægte Italien ved Como, Menaggio. Det vi troede var et værelse var et STORT værelse, gang, altan, fuldt udstyret køkken, badeværelse med vaskemaskine mm. Altan. LÆKKERT. Svalt inde om aftenen, og skønt på altanen om dagen. Dejlig sti ned til byen. Dejlig strand ( m stenbund). Gode delikatesse-forretninger i byen. Minus: vores GPS ku ikk finde det. Men flinke italienere hjalp. Og senge var ikke super-gode
