"I didn’t like there is no parking. You have to park on the street 1.85 per hr. or valet which is way more if u staying indoors"

"When our reservation to a different hotel ended up lost because, against my better judgment, I used a different booking app than Expedia, we ended up at this hotel. I probably wouldn't have picked it under normal circumstances, but now that I know what a mistake it was to overlook it, this will be my first choice of stays before a cruise out of Port Everglades from here on out if we're not staying longer and wanting to go to the beach. I love Hyatt Place anyway, and this one had all that I've come to expect from them, including an all-around fantastic staff, from the front desk to the breakfast crew. In fact, it was a tastier breakfast than most hotels! Since it's pretty much smack dab in a shopping and entertainment area, there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. Shops too, and even some entertainment options like a comedy place and a movie theater. And it turned out to be closer to the cruise port than the original hotel I'd booked and it had a super handy kiosk to book a spot on one of the port shuttles. So handy and convenient! All in all, what I thought would be a negative (the lost booking) turned into a major positive by discovering this great hotel. So thankful they had a room. Totally worked out in the end! "
