"I wasn't aware of the $225.00 hold for incidentals, but I literally got it back the day after check-out. I was a little worried that I would get charged erroneously for something, but I wasn't. Beautiful facility with nice indoor pool, jacuzzi, and dinner and bar atmosphere."

I am a cancer patient and the manager did all she could to help us. The problem with these facilities is middle and upper management. They are incapable of putting out a good product.

The person at check in gave my daughter and I keys to a room already occupied. My key opened the door and whoever was inside latched the safety lock. Myself and other guests were agitated. Also a copy of my credit card was made ? I questioned it ???
