"Check in was friendly and easy. As rooms go it was a double and a single bed with an ensuite which was ideal for my friend and I who were attending a live gig. It was comfortable enough and if another gig happens in Leicester then I would use Grafton House again as a room only option. We both agreed it was value for money at £51 split between us."

"Room was decked with the theme of London which was brilliant including phone box wardrobe and dressing gowns to name a few. Beds comfy, tea,coffee etc available in the room and large bath and shower. Unfortunately weren’t there long enough to sample the food but the menu was extensive and looked amazing. "

"A very clean, comfortable night’s stay. Clean, crisp white bedding, slept so well. It’s a Grade II listed Georgian building. Perfectly cooked breakfast with very personal touches. Loved the interior decor and furniture very tastefully done. Garden to the rear is stunning. Pablo and John are so hospitable and the attention to detail is very evident. "Welcome was friendly & very helpful. Building quaint. Very clean. Some nice wee touches. No food available. Basic amenities in room lacking - no bin in bathroom, bed sagging at one side, lack of sockets, unable to get shower to work - no one in property in morning to ask for help. Noise from bar until midnight - could hear conversations, music & pool being played. "

"The only criticism I could make is that I personally would appreciate the breakfast to be available earlier (08.00 rather than 08.30). apart from that the stay was very good"

Although in the middle of the village, the property is private and secure. Our room was comfortable and lacked nothing. It was also warm as the temperature dropped below freezing outside.
