This bayside beauty sets a new benchmark for luxury living in Port Melbourne. Extending across three levels, this architecturally designed home features impeccably styled interiors complimented by a neutral colour palette and soaring ceilings. You’ll be a two-minute walk from Bay Street, lined with shops and cafes, and a 15-minute stroll to both Port Melbourne Beach and the gourmet delights of South Melbourne Market.
Showcasing immaculate attention to detail, this sophisticated home is a high-end oasis by the bay. It’s defined by polished concrete, light-filled open plan living and state-of-the-art finishes throughout.

Entering the property, the living and dining area opens through sliding doors to a paved courtyard, creating a seamless transition between the indoors and out. The sleek kitchen comes with top-quality appliances to cook up a feast at home. A central island makes it easy to prepare meals, socialise or take things slow over your morning coffee, while a dedicated wet bar adds an extra level of sophistication. In the evening kick back in air-conditioned comfort on the leather lounges, fronting the central smart TV.

Ascending the custom designed staircase will take you to level two. Here there are two queen-sized bedrooms and a full modern bathroom. Central air-conditioning and heating keep things temperate no matter what time of year you’re travelling. On the upper level, the opulent full-floor primary bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed, walk-through wardrobe and stunning ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. It flows to a wraparound balcony, capturing impressive city views. Back downstairs on the ground floor, a Euro-style laundry and separate powder room add to your everyday convenience.

Please note, a car space will not be available for bookings in September. This is a brand new building and we haven't yet received the garage remotes. They are coming and parking should be available by October.

*Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

There is CCTV surveillance in the car park area, as well as a security camera on the doorbell facing outward.

Please note that access to the unit requires climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.

January getaway

Overall the unit is in a great location, has great amenities (parking) and super quiet building.The only reason we never gave it a 5 star is the unit was a bit dirty when we arrived, not a deal breaker but noticeable enough for us is to comment.We would definitely stay here again, thanks
