The communication was very poor, they don't have a reception desk so had to arrange key pick up with owners and they never picked up the phones or answered to text, emails. We were really panicking when we arrived on the night as the key pickup location didn't have any details on him. I had to call Expedia to arrange alternative hotel for us and by then the owners provided information regarding key pick in the last minute. And when returning the keys we had to pay AUD5.00 otherwise they wouldn't take the keys. We felt like throwing the keys down a drain!!
Personally, expedia should not sell this hotel as communication is very poor from the owners.
