Primely located near Hawthorn’s shops, cafes and Swinburne University, this one bedroom apartment is an ideal base when visiting Melbourne for business or pleasure. With the convenience of one secure car spot and its close proximity to public transport, discovering the best Melbourne has to offer will be simple.

Contemporary designs and sleek furnishings complement an open-plan layout and a comfortable and breezy, yet enclosed balcony where you can enjoy a sundowner in complete privacy.
A space to call your own, this contemporary one bedroom apartment in Melbourne’s elite suburb of Hawthorn is ideally located to offer the best of the suburb on your doorstep.

Step inside and find an open-plan layout combined with indoor-outdoor living. A lounge area features a sleek, grey L-shaped couch, coffee table and a wide-screen, LCD TV; and sits alongside a four-person timber dining table. Make use of a contemporary kitchen with marble benchtops and all the mod cons including a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, full-sized fridge and a Nespresso machine.

Come evening, enjoy a drink on your private balcony before unwinding in the naturally-lit queen bedroom. Enjoy quality linen and an en-suite bathroom decorated in pristine white tiles and featuring a shower, vanity and toilet; as well as the convenience of a laundry area complete with a washing machine and dryer. Please note the TV that can be seen in one of the bedroom photos has been removed.

Additional luxuries include air conditioning and heating as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.

**Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

TRANSPORT: The best and easiest way to access the property from the Airport is via Uber. Usually this takes 40min depending on traffic and costs approx $60AUD total. Alternatively you can take a shuttle bus from the Airport to Southern Cross Station ($18/person). Then take a metro train on either the Alamein/Belgrave/Lilydate train lines getting off at Glenferrie Station 1hr trip. The apartment is a 4 min walk from the train station. G**gle maps has full transport route and time details for travel in Melbourne.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Please note that access to the unit requires climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.
