This is a renovated 1920's home. Gorgeous wood floors, updated kitchen, lots of space in the house. None of the windows can be opened, seemed to be nailed shut. The bathroom was roomy and updated. Good hot water. It could use a fresh coat of paint and fresh caulk in some areas. The tub was very slow to drain. I was standing in ankle deep water while showering. I emailed a question to the contact on Friday and got a response on Sunday. The backyard was being dug up. There was a Bobcat construction vehicle right outside the back door. We did love the location. Easy to get to everything the area has to offer. We were on the go quite a bit during our time there and appreciated the quiet mornings.
