Light-filled spacious and modern family home and large studio apartment with queen bed and ensuite. Situated minutes from Mount Martha Village. Bring the outside in with large open doors and a servery opening up from the kitchen as well as 70sqm of undercover decking, perfect for summer bbqs.
Access to entire property. Off-street undercover parking available. Dog friendly, please advise at the time of booking that you are bringing your pet.

Perfect for families with young children. Kids room and baby room including cot, change table, bouncer and other baby accessories. Access to toys for all ages, board games and outdoor play equipment such as a trampoline, soccer goal and basketball ring. Direct access to an open reserve and football field with a leash-free area for dogs nearby.
