Wow! This spacious coastal home will impress! Perfectly created for large family groups to enjoy, and making the most of its stunning surroundings, it’s just metres from the idyllic Balnarring Beach and close to Balnarring Village and the beautiful Mornington hinterlands. Superb interiors and private outdoor spaces provide holiday heaven!

Situated in a peaceful coastal setting, this cleverly designed and stunningly finished home has been purpose built for accessibility. The downstairs includes a master suite with a hoist bed and wheelchair-accessible ensuite bathroom, and living areas are level with the alfresco outdoor space. There is another King bedroom (the bed can be split into 2 singles) with an adjacent bathroom, and a powder room on the downstairs level as well as the two expansive living areas. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms: one with 2 triple bunk beds (singles above, Queens below), and 2 further king bedrooms. The main bathroom, a study nook and a further large living area with leather modular sofa are also upstairs. Tasteful furnishings, colours sympathetic to the environment and modern fixtures and fittings all add to the appeal.

Downstairs the modern kitchen is fully equipped for an extended stay, with ample seating: 4 stools at the island bench and 2 chairs at the lower built-in table as well as a dining suite seating 8. A large leather sofa sits in front of the fireplace with a smart TV above, and sliding doors open to the alfresco deck with its built-in bar, BBQ, dining suite and lounge, and the pizza oven nestled within the native gardens. Sit and soak up the relaxing ambience! There is also an outdoor shower and toilet, perfect for post-beach use.

The highlight of the property is the huge games room with full size billiard table, built-in bar fridges and benchtop with cafe bifold windows to the outdoor area. It’s perfect for making special family memories!

Great Stay At Bali Hai With Luxico

We booked Bali Hai in Balnarring Beach through Luxico for our family friends from the USA, and they absolutely loved the property. They were even pleasantly surprised with a Christmas tree, as they were staying throughout the Christmas period, which was such a thoughtful touch.The team at Luxico is exceptional, with a high level of professionalism and assisted us with any questions we had before our guests arrived and booking in a linen change and cleaning. Our property manager, Liz, in particular, was a pleasure to work with—she was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us in resolving an AC issue at the property and checking in on our guests. We would highly recommend both Bali Hai and the Luxico team to anyone looking to stay at Balnarring Beach.
