The front desk attendants were very nice. Check in was quick. Bathroom was very dirty, room looked like it was in the process of being remodeled. Don’t get a room next to the ice machine, it was super loud.

I loved that it had just changed hands and they were deep into upgrading the property and it looked great! The staff was attentive and had carried over from the previous ownership so they were experienced with the facility and their job. Even though my room had not been gone thru yet, except for a couple items that had wear? The rest of the room looked great and was in great condition! It was quiet and the AC unit was quiet as well. There complimentary "Continental" breakfast was the very best I've had since before COVID with awesome scrambled eggs and succulent sausage and fresh milk and OJ and great mini muffins! I didn't have a waffle or yogurt or cereal but so all those things were available as well.

The room was non smoking, but we smelled cigarette smoke as soon as we got in the room. I called the front desk and let them know that the smell was coming from the homeless people sitting out Side the hotel smoking. There were crack heads in the room next door getting there door knocked on all night and into the morning. The homeless people never left after the staff said they would tell them to and because of the window mounted hvac unit we had cigarette and pot smoke pumped into the room all night. After waking up with headaches the homeless people were still outside the room smoking. And the toilet was plugged up. Overall horrible. Staff seemed nice and helpful.

The staff was nice, the I got non smoking room, the floors below must have been smoking, the smell of smoke permeated through the whole place, made very hard to breath. The rooms were clean but very outdated, the bed and pillows were nice
