Apartment Lilian with Garden; Pets Allowed at Extra Charge

The 50 m2 holiday apartment Lilian is located in the basement of a house in Meckenbeuren and was renovated and equipped with new furniture in July 2013. Just a short drive from the beautiful Lake Constance, the light-flooded apartment has double winged south-facing windows (2 with high-quality mosquito nets) and boasts modern decor. The property consists of a living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, one bedroom (with a queen size bed and a single bed) as well as one bathroom with a shower and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a ventilation system, underfloor heating and a television. Children's toys and books are also provided and a highchair and a baby cot are available upon request. Outside you will find a large shared garden (600 m2 of lawn) with a table and chairs and a barbecue. Here you can relax on mild summer evenings and enjoy a glass of wine while the children play in the playground or the treehouse. From the property you also have direct access to the river Schussen where you can cool down with a swim on warm days. In a 5-7 minute walk you will reach a selection of restaurants, bars and bakeries and the nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk away (550 m). The theme park Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached by car in 6 minutes (3.9 km) while Bodensee airport Friedrichshafen is a 12-minute drive away (7.2 km). In approximately 14 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Friedrichshafen where you can walk along the beautiful promenade or swim at the bathing beach.
