"My husband, sister, dog and me spent each evening relaxing by our camp fire. We took a few trips to surrounding restaurants and took many walks. We entertained ourselves kayaking, playing cards or playing bean bag toss. One night we drove an easy ride to Presque Isle Downs to watch the magnificent horses and even bet and won on a few races. The last day we met our family for a ride on their pontoon in Pymatuning. This was one of my favorite getaways. "

The location was quiet, serene and peaceful with the majestic Allegany river at your doorstep surrounded by a beautiful mountain forest as its background. "My son and i were looking for a midpoint in a curvy Pensylvania route. Parker,PA was interesting. Its a little paddle stop on the Allegheny River. The little house is just sown river of town. Maker sure to ask about kayaks and bikes ahead of time, or bring your own i guess. Sweet little cottage. Private enough for good conversation."
