"I was looking forward to just relaxing and enjoying my weekend and this property did not disappoint. During the day we went hiking, shopping at the really fun shops in town and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The property manager lives next door and him and his wife were lovely people. He made sure we knew he would help if we needed anything. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing weekend"

"My wife and I stayed here in mid-September. This was our sixth trip to the Pinetop-Lakeside area and our first in this cabin. When we made a last minute reservation after the cabin we normally rent got sold by the owner (3 weeks prior to our planned trip), rental selections were limited. We were a little concerned it might be noisy along Branding Iron Loop where this cabin is located but once we got there, road noise was not an issue. The kitchen is well equipped and even had a fully stocked...

"The location of this house was perfect! We were able to walk to the lake to fish every day and cook/ hang out on the back patio and enjoy the view in the mornings and evenings. The house is beautifully decorated. With 3 bathrooms everyone was able to have their own and the upstairs loft was also a nice hangout area for guests staying in that room. The host went above and beyond! Overall such an amazing trip we will be back!"

"We had a wonderful time together on our annual family vacation, this home was the perfect size and layout for all of us including adults, teens, children, and infants. The kitchen met and exceeded all of our needs, the patios and the grill were perfect to enjoy the weather, the house holds plenty of conversational areas, the loft and game room provided lots of entertainment, overall a very happy experience for our family. "Overall stay was good. House was very quaint, peaceful neighborhood. Only problem was the bbq grill couldn't be used so we didn't get to grill our anniversary dinner, ended up eating out."

"A group of us were there for the Billie Family Foundation golf tournament that Barry Nicks helped run, the house was amazing, sadly we had a few people cancel, but it was perfect, the house was in excellent shape, everything we needed was right there for us, to the point we kinda felt bad we were not able to utilize all the amenities of the house. Again an amazing place to stay and would love to stay there again. Thank you."

"This house was exactly as advertised! Our family had much to celebrate and Alisa made it convenient and easy. The location was amazing, and there were so many gathering spaces that we never felt cramped (there was 13 of us) and the game room was spectacular!!! The house provided something for everyone and we can't wait to come back!!!"

"This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside."
