*Guests must adhere to Massanutten Home Owners Association Rules pertaining primarily to Noise/Disturbance, No Open Fires, Parking Restrictions, and Trash Disposal
*Guests may request Early Check-In (an Additional Fee will apply based on agreed-upon check-in time)
*Guests must follow Check-Out Procedures: All trash is taken to resort dumpsters next to mini-golf, all food removed from the refrigerator and pantry, beds stripped (leave in room), towels started in the washer (please leave what won't fit in the laundry room), start dishes in dishwater, thermostat set to 70 deg (F), lights out, all windows locked and all 3 doors locked.
*Minimum age to book is 21 years old.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY). This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Must respect other neighbors. Noise level must be minimal after 9pm. There is a noise level ordinance, we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will results in a termination of your reservation and the security deposit will be retained. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for your understanding.
