Condominium: 187 sq m/2100 sq. ft, on the 12th floor. Wall to wall windows with ocean views from dining room, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The three en-suite bedrooms are furnished with king and queen beds and private baths. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean and a smaller balcony facing the mountains and the Emerald Bay. Laundry room with washer/dryer combo. Fully equipped kitchen. Four air conditioning units - one in each bedroom and the main one in the living room. Covered parking is included. Heated infinity pool and two large hot tubs. Sport fishing in the Sea of Cortez is excellent all year long.
The space
The building: 24 hour security on site with guards at the gate. Elevator equipped. Free gym overlooking the ocean. Heated infinity pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool. Luxury beach beds, lounge chairs with umbrellas and picnic tables. Beach with palapas. Spa and steam room.

Check-in: our property manager, fluent in English and Spanish, will greet you and take you to our professionally cleaned condo. Cleaning service is included.

Several restaurants on the beach within the walking distance . City buses run frequently, stop by the condo, and cost pennies. Uber is usually under 3 minutes and under 3 USD to most destinations.
In few minutes you can get to the marina with great restaurants around it and a golf course, new Mall with movie theaters in both English and Spanish, kids entertainment center, food court and sit down restaurants, large department stores, grocery stores, spas, etc.
Historical, beautifully restored, walkable, colonial city center with Angela Peralto Theater and Plaza Machiado is near the Malecon, 13 mile/21 km long boardwalk along the oceanfront perfect for walking, jogging, biking, rollerblading, etc.

Great view in a 3 bedroom condominium. I loved the layout and that each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower.

Anniversary Trip

The property is beautiful and spacious. Check in is easy as always and everyone is friendly and eager to help. We spent 11 days by the pool and recharged our batteries. It’s a great place to relax and stare at the ocean with no worries.

Gorgeous views and amazing beach. 4.5/5

Had a wonderful time during our stay. Gildardo, the property manager, was great. He arranged pickup to and from Mazatlan airport and also helped coordinate a Covid test for myself and family. The sunsets are sublime. We stayed at Puerto Vallarta last year and while those sunsets were good, Mazatlan has the best sunsets I've ever seen. The beach was private and never crowded. The two reasons I didn't rate the stay 5 stars are: 1. The elevator broke twice while we were there. Stuff happens but walking up and down 12 flights in 80%+ humidity is rough. 2. The pool did not have enough chairs and umbrellas. People would leave their towels on the chairs literally all day and not be present. But overall the stay was fun, relaxing, and enjoyable. Would actually rate 4.5 stars if that was an option.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Property was great and as advertised. Property owners and manager were very easy to communicate with. Super easy to get downtown and to other activities. Great taco stand across the street!
