Private: well-kept garden 100 m2 lawn. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Mayerhofen Larcherhof" 89 m, railway station "Mayerhofen Bahnhof" 2.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km, thermal baths 20 km. Gondola lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 2 km, children's ski school 2 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal 3000 2 km, Zillertal Arena 11 km, Fügen Spieljoch 22 km. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Shower. Balcony 18 m2. Beautiful view of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Drink best mountain spring water from the faucet.. There is a small apartment in the attic which is only accessible through the house next door.
