Shop 800 m, restaurant 50 m, railway station "Biehl" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 4.5 km. Mountain railway 1.5 km, ski lift 1.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The landlords live on the 1st and 4th floors as well as a room on the 2nd floor. Charging e-cars is not permitted!
