"This was our second stay at this home, though last time we were on the other side of the duplex. It is comfortable and had everything we needed for a visit with our son's family nearby. Good communication with the owner re: an issue with the washer which we did not need anyway but it was nice of him to let us know. An awning or some sort of covered entrance over the front door would be nice - we got soaked when a storm came through while we were unloading. It also needs more than one mirror so...

"I can not begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the "Hickory Cottage". It was beautifully decorated with all the essential needs. Brand new might I add. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great safe neighborhood. Out of town and in the woods but close to everything. Check in & out was easy. Don't miss a nap outside on the swings and enjoy time on the screened in deck. "Cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood - open floor plan, nicely furnished, kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook except for breakfast, very close to Travelers Rest. Large bathroom, comfortable queen sized beds, great to have full sized washer & dryer. Poodles loved the fenced in back yard although with all the leaves it made it hard to pick up their poop (I had to follow them to make sure I got it all). "Easy walk to the west end and the start of beautiful downtown Greenville. Intersection has the potential to be a little noisy, but did not interrupt sleep. Modern kitchen, and all the amenities. Sleeps four but only if they are couples. Beds were very comfortable. Overall better than average experience."
