"The hotel has a lovely artistic Costa Rican flavor; the grounds are interesting to walk through with statues and many varieties of birds and butterflies. A lovely outdoor patio adjoined my room, and I enjoyed both the large pools. The Crocodile Grill & Bar served great food and drinks. What really sets the resort apart is the staff - they are absolutely wonderful and SO very helpful; they made me feel so special!!"

"Great property and staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing missing is an onsite concession area for when it’s after hours for the bar/kitchen and you want a cold drink or snack. Overall an awesome place and would stay again. "

"The staff was fantastic! Although our initial room wasn't clean, the manager quickly upgraded us to a better one. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the free tour was amazing! Out of all the places that we traveled to in Costa Rica, this was the only place that we spotted sloths. 10/10 ☆'s would visit again."

"The view from our room was amazing, could not be beat. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed. Pools were nice but could have been a touch warmer for our liking. Dinner, drinks and breakfast all very good but above all staff and service was exceptional. We look forward to staying there again."

"Beautiful resort. We were able to see lots of wildlife there including monkeys, skoths, iguanas, snakes, frogs, owls, and even a honey bear. Great pools. My son loved the game room and my little one enjoyed playing with toys in the playroom. Staff is very friendly."
