"Really great place for an overnight trip to Mountain Creek. Plenty of space for 2 adults, great location and access to the amenities after a long day month slopes was a total bonus. Great communication, easy access and parking. "

However, after the sale the owner reached out and asked for those staying. I reported 4 of us would be residing (me, my spouse, and 2 kids), I was told that I'd be charged an additional fee for the extra guests AFTER I paid--as he intended the price to be for 2 people. "We had the best time at this house. The location on the river was so nice, we loved watching the ice flow on the river each day. The house was so clean, beds comfy, and was totally equipped for the holidays. The owners did some holiday decorations which made us feel welcome staying away for the holidays. "Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....
