At the beginning, it had all the comforts we needed, and they provided some cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and towels. But unless you specifically ask them for new towels and toilet paper, they do not give these, even though our stay was for eight nights. Nevertheless, without a doubt, the worst part of it all was the fact that there was no cold water, AT ALL. The spokesperson’s response to this...

"There is no terrace to the rooms, its a shared space on the top floor for half naked kids to use to smoking ***. It does not look like the pictures. Rooms are quite small. Very disappointing. They paint a pretty picture of what your stay will look like, but it's nothing like it in reality. Stayed for one night out of seven, no refund for our stay. Terrible! Would Definatly Not recommend!"
