"The studio was very cute and in a nice location in Milan. It was also clean and tidy when we arrived. However, we had planned to cook some meals when we were there and already bought ingredients to find that the stove top was not working. We messaged the studio contact, but he was not able to help us and did not provide a solution. Eventually he stopped replying. We asked for a small reimbursement since we weren’t able to cook our food using the stove, but have not had a reply in weeks. Overall...
