L'appartement avait été choisi car relativement proche du centre de la ville et du port. Un parking pour la voiture a 3mn à pied de l 'appartement était aussi un point très positif de la location. A part cela, il faut être courageux pour monter les 4 étages, mais l'ultime reécompense est d'avoir l'air conditionné dans les 3 pièces, ce qui était extrèmement réconfortant apres l'éffort en plein mois d'Août à Marseille

Réservation faite pour 2 nuits pour 3 adultes et 2 enfants. A l’arrivée, odeur de cigarette dans l’appartement qu’on a tenté de cacher avec du Fébréze à outrance alors qu’il est précisé que le logement est non fumeur. On prévient le gérant, soit disant la femme de ménage ne l’a pas fait remarquer! La télé ne fonctionnait pas et pas de Wifi alors que c’est écrit dans l’annonce. Soit disant c’était précisé alors que la mise a jour n’avait pas été faite (screenshot de l’annonce à l’appui envoyé au gérant). Le ménage laisse à désirer, au prix de la prestation c’est plus que limite: poussière de partout, cafetière poisseuse, taches de bouffe sur le micro-onde. Évidemment les photos doivent dater, le canapé est dans un état lamentable, les banquettes de la table tachées, la table de salle à manger abîmée avec traces de brûlure de cigarette, un trou béant dans les WC avec accès aux conduits de l’immeuble donc courant d’air à n’en plus finir. Bref sur le papier le bien est prometteur puisque 3 chambres et décoré avec goût mais l’entretien est lamentable et vraisemblablement des anciens locataires peu soigneux avec le logement... Enfin rien n’empêche le propriétaire de remédier un minimum à ça car on est loin des photos de l’annonce.
