Single storey house of 115m2 on a plot of 2400m2 fenced and not overlooked, located at the bottom of a dead end 300m from the Etang de Thau and 2kms from the sea. Dogs allowed including 50 euros / week.

It includes: - 4 bedrooms (1 bed of 160, 2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90) - a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a bathroom with shower in one bedroom and a shower and a toilet in the pool house - a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee maker, gas stove, fridge, freezer, oven and toaster - a covered veranda - a living room with 107 cm flat screen TV. - free wifi - reversible air conditioning in the living room

Perfect location and clean villa

Lovely villa, well maintained and comfortable. The grounds of the villa are superb especially as we had two dogs. The large garden is entirely fenced and safe for children or dogs. The swimming pool is large and good for swimming. Etienne is the perfect host, always available for queries and very attentive. The villa is very well equipped especially the kitchen and the whole property is very clean. The Etang and walks from the villa are exceptional and we enjoyed the area immensely . The nearest supermarket is in Marseillan so not walkable - a car is required. It is possible to cycle into Marseillan Plage where there is a small local supermarket for bread etc. We look forward to returning to the villa again in the future.

Superschönes Ferinehaus

Superschönes Ferienhaus mit grossem, sauberem Pool und viel Umschwung. Ideal für aktive Familien oder Gruppen. Das schöne Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es Platz für 3 Autos. Ruhige Lage, etwas ausserhalb des Ortes. Marseillan sowie der Strand sind mit Auto oder Fahrrad innert Kürze zu erreichen. Ebenfalls gute Ausgangslage (Auto, Fahrrad) für andere Ortschaften wie Sète, Béziers, Pézenas, Mèze, Montpellier etc. Ganz in der Nähe (10 min mit Fahrrad) gibt es eine gemütliche kleine Bäckerei. Diverse Restaurants gibt es im Ort Marseillan und am Strand von Marseillan. Der Vermieter Etienne ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt. Vielen Dank Etienne für die nette Gastfreundschaft! Sehr wichtig: Die Bettwäsche und Tücher müssen die Mieter selbst mitbringen! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder hier herkommen.

Wunderbar ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Betten waren prima! Der Pool ist groß und an der hinteren Stelle auch tief, hier kann man richtig schwimmen. Die Gartenanlage ist nach hinten sehr weitläufig und auch durch Büsche begrenzt, so dass Kinder wohl ohne Gefahr herumlaufen können. Das Haus ist ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse am Etang de Thau gelegen, einer Lagune, auf der tatsächlich bei unserem Aufenthalt täglich die Flamingos standen. Dort führt ein Radweg entlang. Das Haus liegt nicht direkt am Ort, zur Bäckerei muss man 20 Minuten laufen oder natürlich Fahrrad oder Auto fahren. Die Lage des Hauses war als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen, z.B. Fahrten nach Carcassonne oder Montpellier bzw. Sete wunderbar. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der kleine Ort Pezenas. In der Nebensaison haben uns auch die Strände in Cap d'Agde sehr gut gefallen, in der Hauptsaison ist dies wohl etwas anderes. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert! Man sollte nur darauf achten, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht inbegriffen sind und die Bettwäsche recht große Maße aufweist.

Maison très agréable , belle piscine

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en famille avec un grand chien dans cette agréable propriété avec belle piscine et très grand jardin entièrement clôturé. Rien ne manquait ! De plus très calme pour se reposer. Un tout grand merci à Aline pour sa gentillesse et sa grande disponibilité. À conseiller 😊

ERHOLUNG PUR!

Im vierten Südfrankreich-Urlaub in Folge endlich das Ziel unserer Träume gefunden... - nur "3%-Punkte" fehlten zur 100%igen Perfektion: (Noch) keine Klimaanlage (Noch) kein "deutsches Fernsehen" (jammern auf allerhöchstem Niveau...!!!) Etwas kleine Toilette im Haus Diese Marginalien haben unseren 5-wöchigen Urlaub allerdings so gut wie gar nicht beeinträchtigt. Haus und Garten/Grundstück entsprachen EXAKT Beschreibung und Bildern. Uneinsehbares Grundstück am Ende einer Sackgasse - Ruhe und Erholung pur! Top-Ausstattung (Ausnahme die vorerwähnten Kleinigkeiten, die aber nach Aussage des Eigentümers spätestens zur nächsten Saison beseitigt sein werden), hevorzuheben die scharfen Messer (ALLE!!!) - haben wir in Jahrzehnten FeWo-Urlauben noch nicht erlebt. Alles dran, alles drin. Unser Traum-Refugium! Haben uns beim äußerst sympathischen Eigentümer gleich ein "Vorbuchungs-Recht" für die Folgejahre einräumen lassen... :-) Herzlichen Dank, Geneviève, Aline und Etienne für den mit Abstand schönsten Urlaub seit vielen Jahren! P.S.: Die französische Sprache in ihren Grundzügen zu beherrschen, ist ein großer Vorteil... :-)
