On arrival, I was told that the hotel is having some kind of dispute with Expedia, and I would need to pay cash (even though I'd already been charged to my credit card), and that I should seek a refund from Expedia for money paid to them. This was eventually resolved through the intervention of the very kind receptionist, but still annoying to go through. Location is quite good for exploring Marrakech from outside of the chaos of the Medina, though the place is a bit difficult to find. It's in more of a residential neighbourhood, rather than a tourist spot, which we liked, but best to understand that before booking. Staff on the site was super helpful with regard to arranging airport transport, but I'd hesitate to recommend this place until they sort out whatever dispute they're having with Expedia.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Could not fault anything. Adil and kulsoom (the staff) were amazing. They answered all our queries and were always so helpful. They always went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Would definatley stay here if visiting Marrakech again!!

Very helpful
We had a great stay with Bousskri and it's sister Riad. They are helpful and kind beyond the call of duty and we are very grateful. The airport transfer was fine after a short wait. The location has local shops and even a bank within a few minutes walk. It was known by the taxis we used so access was fine too. Thank you Bousskri.

Clean & nice riad a bit far from everything
When I first arrived in the riad, I was told that there has been double booking and I have to go to another riad. Well, member of staff took a taxi with me and made sure that I reached another riad safely. After two nights I came back to riad Bousskri. Riad is located a bit far from everything. Trip from Bab Ghamat bus terminus takes about 25minutes to Jemaa el Fna, walking about the same time. My room was clean and functional. Nice bed and own shower. Breakfast is good, a little bit repetetive. Staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Adel who was always very friendly and helpful.

Tolle Oase der Ruhe
Das Riad Bousskri liegt mitten in einem Wohnviertel der Medina. Man kann wunderbar zu Fuß zu allen wichtigen Punkten in der Stadt laufen, und hat trotzdem seine Ruhe. Das Riad ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und man kann sich von der Hektik Marrakechs erholen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und nett gemacht. Das Team, besonders der Concierge Adel, waren super nett und extrem hilfsbereit. Ich würde definitiv noch einmal kommen.

schlichtes Hotel, abgelegen am Rande der Altstadt
Das Hotel ist sauber, unsere Zimmer hatten ein einfaches Bad mit Dusche und WC. Warmwasser läuft, aber mit wenig Druck. Es gibt eine funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Im Zimmer gbt es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse (ohne Aussicht) ist einfach aber ausreichend und das Personal bemüht Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das nähere Umfeld bietet nur Lebensmittelgeschäfte, ein Männercafé, einen Fleischer mit Bratstand und Geschäfte für die dort wohnenden Menschen. Für einen Einkaufsbummel ist ein Fußweg von 20' notw., bis zum Jemma al Fna sind es 30' Fußweg. Man kann auch außerhalb der Stadtmauer bummeln, hier sind kaum Touristen, aber Geschäfte oder Cafés sind auch hier mind. 20' zu Fuß entfernt.

Riad 3 étoiles faut pas pousser !!!
Je vais commencer par les points positifs, - le personnel aimable attentionné et serviable. - la propreté impeccable des chambres et des parties communes (exception faites de la terrasse mais la il faut du décapant pour enlever les taches de peintures des pots qui ont été peints à même le sol sans protection). Les points négatifs maintenants. La peinture a été aussi mal faites sur les ports que dans la salle de bains c’est ni fait ni à faire, toujours la salle de bain, avec un toilettes à peine fixer au sol pas de devidoire pour le papier toilettes, aucune barre pour un suspendre sa serviette de bains, pas de rangement dans la douche pour y mettre son gel ou son savon, pas de rideau de douche non plus, ni même de tapis de bains au sol devant la sortie de douche. Un logement de prise ou d’interrupteur laisser à nu avec les fils apparent ?! Dans une pièce d’eau SÉRIEUX? Dans la chambre on regrettera des signes évidents d’humidité sur les murs, une prise de courant sur 2 qui fonctionne, l’absence d’une lampe de lecture dans la niche à côté de la tête de lit ça peut éviter de se relever pour éteindre, si il n’est pas prévu de TV dans les chambres à quoi servent les prises antennes ? Dans le Riad intérieur des prises ne fonctionne pas.mais bon après la chambre on est plus surpris. LA PISCINE ?! sérieux vous appelez ça une piscine c’est une fontaine au grand maximum. Points noires supplémentaires l’affichage des prix Et de la taxe de séjour ne serait pas un luxe.
