Get booking system right!
I turned up on New Year’s Eve, and hostel was overbooked. I had to stay at their ‘brother’ hostel Majorelle. No big deal, except Majorelle is far inferior. At Kactus- Rooms are clean, showers are big and warm, manager is lovley. At Majorelle- Dirty showers, tiny, cold, very rude manager who I heard numberous times say ‘I don’t want to work, I am too tired’. So stay at Kactus, if they get the booking system right!!!
