"Comfortable accommodation in an amazing location. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on Blueys Beach, and then on waking it was just a short walk to the beach for a dip in beautiful clean clear water. This place had everything we needed for a long weekend away - full sized fridge, oven with cooktop, and dishwasher. We will be back!"

"Resort has everything you need especially if you have kids. Pool is amazing, tennis court and games room available too. The cottages are well equipped. Wardrobes were not vacuumed on the inside when we got there but other than that clean and comfortable even if it’s a little dated. Perfect for what we were after, and accommodated for a late check out as we have a baby. Great location. Would come again. "

"Lovely family get together. Property suits our family perfectly. Most beautiful position with easy access to beach and games area in garage, pool table and table tennis. Good facilities so we could do our own meals. Clean and comfortable. Linen was an extra but all beds were made up and ready. Communication with Marion always easy and effective. This is our third family holiday to this property and we will be booking our 4th straight away so we don’t miss out."

"Great 2bedroom unit in a quiet block. easy walk through to beach. Undercover parking. well shaded for summer. Plenty of heaters for winter. Well supplied kitchen. large smart TV. Compact bathroom and laundry with all appliances. Everything worked so well maintained. Host is easily contactable and obviously takes pride in her unit. Highly recommended."

"The location of the property was perfect for what we needed & was easily accessible. The host was there when we arrived & gave us all the necessary details. Only issue was the main bed that occasionally made a noise as if it was about to collapse as you got in or moved. (It didn't collapse, thankfully!)"

"Tonic was a great house. Very spacious, had all the appliances you need, comfy beds, and very close to the beach. The property is underneath the main house but the owners were very quiet and didnt disturb at all. The check in was seamless and the hosts very helpful with anything we needed. There is a small platform to sit and watch the waves, which we made a lot of use from. This is not a view from the property, but this is reflected in the price compared to other Boomerang Beach...

"Accommodation was clean, tidy & in a great location. Unfortunately, the ensuite shower was very small & the network reception was very bad (unable to watch TV; sound only/no visual)."

"This apartment is very well presented. Clean, comfortable and well located. It's just a quick walk to shops, the Rock Pool baths and the iconic bridge across to Forster. We would definitely return here. The aparment is situated on the top floor (3rd) and the building doesn't have a lift. There are 48 steps to negotiate with luggage & supplies, so this may not suit everyone."

"Booked for an Easter break with family after having to cancel 2 breaks due to Covid. After being sent a text to pick up keys and that said the property was ready, we entered the building to find a stale Smokey smell as if the unit hadn’t been tended to in a while. We soon realised that majority of the fly screens were broken or not even on, and that the balcony doors failed to close or lock, posing a large safety risk for children. "A seemingly 1970's vintage unit that has had no updates. The kitchen needs to be renovated and the sliding doors a very much in need of maintenance. The flyscreens are breaking down and need replacing. The carpet is in need of at least a professional clean or replacement."

", we stayed at sea breeze 6 , we left early as our stay was horrific. We had people fighting out the front on Friday night, with police turning up. Then there was people coming and going at all hours of the night . On Sunday night there was a party in one of the units and went until all hours . There was fights all the time . The unit was ok , but won’t be back here . I don’t know what you think goes on , but that is what we got ."
