Beautiful villa "Ciuffini", 2 storeys, detached. 2 km from the centre of Patresi, 1.5 km from the centre of Colle d'Orano, 15 km from the centre of Marciana Marina, in an elevated position on a slope, 3.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property, plants and trees. Private: swimming pool (8 x 5 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. 1.5 km long very steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). Bus stop 2 km, ferry "Portoferraio" 32 km, pebble beach "Pratesi" 3.5 km, rocky beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner only accepts bookings from customers who arrive in an all-terrain vehicle (4x4).
4-room house 125 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave) with dining table.
