The living/dining area provides direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one room on this level equipped with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is well-appointed with a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, gas stove with three rings, toaster, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on the ground floor. The villa benefits from forced-air heating for your comfort.
