Location, location, location - this penthouse is unbeatable. Situated on the first line of Puerto Banús, you will be within walking distance of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, the promenade, and the beach. One of the few apartment buildings in the area with both a rear and front entrance, accessing the penthouse is a breeze.
Puerto Banús is the epitome of Spanish fun and luxury. Day or night, you can indulge in designer shopping, enjoy drinks at trendy bars, dine at top-notch restaurants, and admire the stunning yachts and fancy cars that line the marina.
Our apartment is perfect for families, romantic getaways, and for those looking to experience the vibrant nightlife and beach scene. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children. Should you need it, public transportation is easily accessible and we also offer paid parking for your convenience.
For guests arriving by rental car, we offer private parking near the apartment at a rate of €25 per night. Please book in advance as spaces are limited and subject to availability.
To make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible, we can arrange airport transportation for an additional fee. Our experienced drivers have access to the Puerto Banús port, unlike other taxis such as Ubers and Bolts. For just €80 (up to 4 people) or €120 (up to 6 people), you will be dropped off right next to the apartment, avoiding the hassle of walking and carrying your luggage.
If you're traveling by your own car, our meeting point is located in front of the Red Dog cinema on Avenida Julio Iglesias in Puerto Banús.
Alternatively, we provide private drivers as well. This is a great option for nights out when taxis are scarce, especially during busy summer nights.
Please note that there is a late check-in fee of €50 after 9 p.m. from May to September and €50 after 8 p.m. from October to April.
For rentals over 6 nights. We have a mandatory cleaning policy. The tenant has to hire a cleaner for a minimum of 3 hours for every 7 night stay. Please ask for details.
Upon arrival, you will find a welcome folder to ensure you make the most of your stay. We have put great effort into making our apartment as comfortable and well-equipped as possible. For your convenience, additional cleaning, linen change, and ironing services are available for an extra fee.

THE ADDRESS OF THIS APARTMENT IS 307 Building K, Muelle Ribera, Puerto Banus Marbella 29660 Province of Malaga, Spain.
Distance from Malaga Airport to Marbella is about 60 kilometres or about 40 mins to one hour depending on traffic.
You can book a driver with us it is the most convenient way to get to the apartment avoiding walking or stairs with your luggage! Our drivers can enter Banus harbour other Taxis Ubers and Bolts cant !!! . He will take you on the fast freeway for 80€ up to 4 people , (120€ up to 6 people ) and drop you off inside PUERTO BANUS harbour right by the apartment. If you are taking your own means of transport the meeting point is opposite the RED DOG MOVIE Theatre in Avenida Julio Iglesias in Puerto Banus.
To get around you can book an UBER or take a TAXI which are found easily on many TAXI stands in PUERTO BANUS.
PARKING
Parking: We may be able to offer you private underground parking depending on availability, please inquire. There is street paid parking as well as underground parking in Antonio Banderas. There is free parking by the Casino in Nueva Andalucía and Playa Rocio which are both approx. 10 min walk to the apartment. You may also find free parking at night in the Puerto Banus streets but cars have to be moved by 8 am.
SECURITY KEYS/LOCKS:
SECURITY you are staying you a gated building to ensure the security of your stay please make sure to close the door behind you when leaving the building and double lock the apartment door.
INSIDE THE APARTMENT:
The apartment has 3 double beds that sleeps 5 adults comfortably or 4 adults and two children. There ample towels for 6 people. Extra bedlinen and towels are provided for your use. Please request towels if needed or you can use the washing machine to wash the ones provided this can be dried in the towel rack on the terrace.
In this apartment there is a hairdryer an iron and ironing board.
If you would like it to be have the bedsheets changed by our housekeeper during your stay, this service can be provided and at an extra cost of 15€ an hour.
Kitchen contains a large refrigerator, a freezer, toaster, coffeemaker and an oven. We have a NESPRESO coffee machine in kitchen we provide the coffee capsules for your use. Capsules with the RED DOT IS DECAFINATED COFFEE. If would like to drink other coffee flavours you can get these at EL CORTE INGLES only a few minutes walking from the apartment.
Please feel free to use the many different spices, as well sugar or drinks in the apartment.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
This property is privately owned. The owners of this property are NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the property or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings and valuables of any of the guests.
In the event of any breach in breaking the rules of this agreement the LANDORD will keep the SECURITY DEPOSIT. NOTE: PARTIES IN THE APARTMENT ARE FORBIDDEN -HAVING PARTIES WILL RESULT IN LOOSIN YOUR DEPOSIT!
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the LESSEE and all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property.
