The apartment is located at one of the most privileged areas of Marbella, the Golf Valley, in an urbanization called Le Village, with more than 40,000 m2 of green areas, two swimming pools and next to the Los Naranjos Golf, Las Brisas, Aloha, Magna Marbella and a few minutes from Golf Los Arqueros, Golf La Quinta or Guadalmina Golf.

The apartment is distributed in 2 double bedrooms, with two en-suite bathrooms and a courtesy toilet. Likewise, it has two terraces, one to enjoy lunch or dinner, both in the sun and with its sliding awning, and a second terrace with views to the green areas of the urbanisation. Charmigt o lugnt område med fin trädgård

+charmigt, lugnt, tyst, välskött trädgård/blommor, fin lägenhet, trevlig planlösning, nära golfbana, två pooler, enkelt att parkera, -smutsiga glas och tallrikar mm, diskmedel kvar i ett glas, endast 1 handduk per person för hela veckan (inga poolhanddukar, lite slitet område, hård säng, långa kuddar, ev dåligt solläge att tänka på om man bor där vinterhalvåret. Endast toapapper o några små schampooflaskor ingår, måste köpa till allt ex disktrasa, disktabletter, diskmedel, salt/peppar mm. Överlag nöjda, Vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka.
