Welcome to our modern 2BR beachside apartment in the center of Marbella. The apartment is situated just 50m from the best beaches of Marbella and close to all amenities. Recently renovated, it has a modern living-room with an open kitchen, a dining set and access to a nice terrace with incredible sea views. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms. Also, it has a sofa bed in the living-room. Guests have enjoyed the proximity to lots of restaurants, coffee places, the beach and the well-known old town of Marbella.

Excellent location

Location cant be beat! Within walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, bars, beach, Marina, Old Towne. Very comfortable, clean, updated apartment with a view to the sea from the 7th floor with an elevator. I would definitely recommend and book this apartment again.

outstanding location at the seafront and vey close to the old town

on the top floor (7. etage) we found a very bright and spacious apartment in a very wellkept house with friendly neighbors. Though the flat is in the center of everything it is quiet. The best for us was the glass balcony, even in January we were sitting the most time to join the sun. Katia, the manager is helping any time if needed. a bit more of kitchenware would be even an upgrade.
