The uniquely decorated bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, and the lovely living area offers a comfy futon for extra relaxation.

The large porch offers a picnic table and a cornhole set. It overlooks the Cimarron River Valley. You will find yourself in a nature paradise.

Mannford Harbor Marina is nearby. There is plenty of space to park your boat. The property is close to Federal hunting lands and kayaking areas.

The newly constructed building offers a beautiful kitchen with new appliances. A BBQ grill and a fire pit is also available.

Anja was a wonderful host - very quick to respond but also not intrusive. Her home is beautiful, clean, and safe. Beautiful water views from the back porch! 100% recommend. Safe, quiet neighborhood
